- Route rules: the Rental terms page (clause 6) says paved roads only and operating in the 'Inaccessible Area' is prohibited, while the home page and fleet pages advertise cars for 'any difficulty of road' / 'any difficult off-road' (e.g. 2018 Jeep Renegade, 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD 'King of Off-Road').
- Airport/city pick-up cost: meta descriptions of the Services page, FAQ, Reservations and Fleet advertise free airport and city pick-up, but the body of the Services page says additional costs apply for 'car delivery and collection'.
- Opening hours: the Locations page and Contact say 'Monday - Friday: 9:30am – 7:30pm' while the location cards on Locations show 00:00 - 23:59 every day and pages claim 24/7 support.
